Responsibilities

  • You will report to the Director GSD Services
  • You will help with Major Incident Management support including, status assessments, engagement of teams, whiteboard updates and communications, and general incident management during major incidents
  • You will serve as the initial contact and facilitator for system-generated events regarding multiple systems and environments throughout the entire CSG environment
  • You will work a variety of shifts to include weekends, holidays or extra shifts
  • You will be part of the 2025 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days in a week

Qualifications

  • BCom , BA linguistics and communication qualification, Business Systems or IT related Preferable with some call center experience Good verbal and written skills Proficiency in English in a business environment South African Identification document CV and Cover Letter Academic Record
